If Leopards Courier is available in your area, your order will normally be dispatched through Leopards.
What if Leopards Courier is not available in my area?
No worries! If Leopards Courier does not serve your area, you can still place your order.
If you make online payment in advance, we may ship your order through Pakistan Post to help deliver your parcel to areas where Leopards Courier is unavailable.
Will my parcel arrive safely?
Absolutely! We take packaging seriously.
Our products are carefully packed using bubble sheet and thermocol sheets where required to provide extra protection during transportation.

Can I return or exchange a product?
Yes. Eligible products can be returned or exchanged within 7 days of receiving your order, provided the product is unused, unworn, unpacked, and in its original condition.
What if I receive a broken or damaged product?
Please contact us as soon as possible.
For claims involving broken, damaged, incorrect, or missing items, a clear and continuous parcel-opening video is mandatory. The video should show the sealed parcel, shipping label, and complete opening of the package.
What if something is missing from my parcel?
Contact us immediately and provide your parcel-opening video so our team can review and verify the claim.
Do Smart Khareedar products have a warranty?
Yes! Most of our electronic products come with either a local or international warranty, depending on the product and brand.
If an eligible product develops a fault within its applicable warranty period, you can claim the warranty for inspection and repair of the article/product.
Warranty does not cover damage caused by misuse, accidental breakage, physical damage, improper handling, or unauthorized repairs/modifications.
Does warranty mean I will receive a replacement?
Not necessarily. Warranty generally covers inspection and repair of eligible products. Replacement is subject to the specific product's warranty terms and conditions.
Can product colors be slightly different from the pictures?
Yes. We always try our best to provide the selected color, but minor differences can occur because of lighting, photography, screen settings, manufacturing batches, or stock availability.
Minor color variations are not considered a valid reason for return or exchange.
