Exchange Policy
Conditions for Exchange:
- The product must be unused, unworn, unwashed, and free from flaws.
- The product must include the original tags, user manual, and all accessories.
- The product must be returned in its original, undamaged manufacturer packaging/box. Do not attach tape or stickers to the manufacturer's box.
- The product should be returned with the return shipping label attached.
- Exchange requests must be initiated within 7 days.
Exclusions:
- Burned or damaged products due to misuse are not eligible for exchange
ORDER CANCEL POLICY :
How to Cancel an Order:
If you wish to cancel an order, inform us within 6 hours of placing the order via phone call. If you've made an advance payment, a voucher of the equivalent amount will be issued. If you require a refund, provide your bank details for the transfer.
